In order to preserve your and our IP rights, we cannot accept unsolicited material. If wish to submit to us some material, we require that before you do so, you send us an inquiry e-mail. Do not send us any material without first obtaining our explicit written consent to accept and read your material. If you send us any material without receiving such prior consent for and interest in your material, you should know that we consider it to be unsolicited submission. Ordinarily will destroy all unsolicited submissions upon receipt without reading its contents.
However, to avoid legal complications due to potential conflicts beween material that we develop on our own and any unsolicited submission, we deem any unsolicited material that we receive to be an unconditional submission. You, the current IP rights holder, willingly relinquish to us any and all copyrights and other IP rights that you hold with respect to the submitted material.
We assume that the party submitting the material is the one who owns all of the IP rights of the submitted material. This person is responsible to acquire any permission, which may be necessary to submit the material in question to us, from any other party.
